Sometimes your customer might request to cancel their subscription.

Here’s how you can cancel their subscription:

1. Go to the sales page

2. Find / search the customer name, email, or transaction ID you want to cancel

After you’ve found the transaction, you can click it and a sidebar will open.

3. Click the “Cancel subscription” button

It will then open a pop-up asking you to confirm the cancellation. Click the ‘Yes’ button to confirm.

After the subscription cancellation is done, the subscription status of the transaction will be changed to ‘Canceled’.
