To begin selling your digital product, the first step you need to take is to create an offer.

By creating an offer, you’ll be able to share a ‘buy link’ where your customer can purchase the offer.

Here’s how you can create an offer on CartMango:

1. Go to the ‘Offers’ page and click the ‘Create Offer’ button

2. Basic Tab

You need to fill out some basic information like:

• Offer name
• Price and currency:
  • Choose the currency you prefer and set how much the price of your offer
• Fulfillment:
  • Choose how you want to deliver your offer
  • If you choose ‘Upload’ then the offer will be delivered as downloadable (hosted in CartMango)
  • If you choose ‘External page’, you need to set a custom thank you page to deliver the offer

Once you’ve filled all the information, click the ‘Save and Continue’ button

3. More Tab

On this ‘More’ tab, you need to set payment provider and customer support information:

• Payment Provider:
  • We have 2 payment providers you can integrate, Stripe and PayPal. You can integrate and use both payment providers or choose one of them.
• Customer Support:
  • Fill out the information on how your customers can reach out to you to receive product support. You can provide either an email address or support URL.

Once you’ve filled out the required information, you can publish the offer by clicking the ‘Save and Publish’ button.

Or, if you want to set more offer settings, you can click the ‘Save and Continue’ button to go to the ‘Optional’ tab.
