• directed to the thank you page to access their purchase
• sent an email containing their access details & receipt

However, customers sometimes lose or miss the email for their purchased offer.

You can manually grant them instant access from inside your CartMango account.

1. Click ‘Sales’ menu

2. Search for the relevant transaction

3. Click the transaction row to view the sale detail

4. Choose to “copy link” or “resend email”
